Snowbird Coffee (NorCal, SF)
I happen to have a list of bookmarked coffee shops on my Yelp account and was glad to cross this one off the list with one of my best friends from college (Hi, Andrew if you're reading). If you are ever in San Francisco, the Inner Sunset district is buzzing with amazing coffee shops!
The staff is extremely welcoming and helpful. I don't know about you, but waking up on a Tuesday morning to smiling baristas whipping up a cappuccino for me is the best way to start the day. In terms of the interior, I wish seating wasn't limited. I wouldn't suggest having a group larger than 3 drop in for a study session. Unless you get lucky!
We also ordered two coffee cakes (not pictured) to go along with our coffees. The serving size was surprisingly filling. There was lots of dimension -- cake was moist, and the crust was crunchy, the perfect complement to our morning coffees.
